Can anyone assist . My plane arrives 12 noon and i see there are no buses to Esposenda till 4pm . I will need to share / hitch hike or bus asap on arrival to go to Esposenda then to walk 22ks to Casa de Carolina in Anha . ..Garry from Australia.

I don't know how you are going to fit in what you have proposed without getting to Esponsende as quickly as you can after arrival. Getting a taxi or booking a transfer would do that if you are prepared to pay. Otherwise you might consider re-jigging your plan and walk to Anha from somewhere much closer than Esponsende that you can get to on public transport.
