It is easy. Just follow the yellow waymarkers.
In Nigrán you can choose either the yellow waymarkers or green ones.
The yellow waymarked path is the original and leads you into the hills andcthe upper part of Vigo.
The green ones lead you along the waterside-which is a very nice walk and you will arrive downtown Vigo.
Nigrán has an albergue.
Vigo hasn't but there are plenty hotels of hostals. From Vigo follow the waymarkers to Redondela.
I advice not to go to the Redondela albergue but walk on for another 3 kms to Cessantes where you'll find o refúxio de la Jerézana. Far better than the big stinky smelly albergue in Redondela.

Earlier this summer we simply followed the yellow markers out of Baiona into Vigo. It was fairly easy. We lost the markers in a large park in Vigo, but found them again after wandering around for 10-15 minutes. It was a tiring walk into Vigo, but considering it is a pretty large city, the route was not too bad. From Vigo onwards the yellow arrows were pretty good. Once you get to Redondela, there will be quite a few more people, because the coastal route merges there with the main route, and the route is well marked.

Use Luis Freixo's Blog see http://www.caminador.es/ You can downlaod onto your phone his mpas in PDF. I assume you will want to follow the yellow arrows so I suggest you make you way to Plaza Santa Liberata. Find the corner close to the bar A Capela then head towards the old library (was pilgrim hospital dating from 16th Century ) which they are restoring and go down the steps to pick up the camino... I agree with the advice of Albertinho above...it's easier to keep following the yellow arrows when you reach Calle Urzaiz in Vigo you can turn left and drop down into the centre of Vigo...Luis has plenty of suggestions if you use his maps on where to stay, eat and see etc
