I've just read a wonderful piece from a priest who prepares Vatican Pilgrimages. As I'm leaving in 4 days I'm trying to empty myself... In many ways.

Even if your not too religiously inclined I thought it a wonderful look at preparing for a "space for reflection" - and as it differs from our daily lives.
