Questions from a newbee

I am planning my first Camino from Sarria to Finnisterre this September 2018. Among the many questions rattling around in my brain is: Is there a best day of the week to start from Sarria. This becomes important for arranging international air travel. Thank you in advance for all suggestions.

Tuesday might be good; I'd avoid Fridays and Saturdays, as well as any national holidays.

I'd start midweek, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

I wouldn't worry that much about the international travel issue. As others have said, you're probably better starting from Sarria mid-week. If the cheapest fares are not in sync with that, just get the cheapest fare and take an early rest day or two somewhere in Spain. The high speed rail network is very good and there is a lot to see.
