Rain pants alternative - ingenious rain wrap for your bottom half

I just saw this on the Enlightened Equipment site. That's the company I got my down quilt from. It's a completely new idea, as far as I know... a rain wrap for your waist down instead of pants. It's easy to put on (don't have to take off your shoes or pack, super lightweight and multi-purpose. I think it's a great idea.

They are also referred to as a rain skirt, or a rain kilt. They have been around for years, produced by various companies. Mine is from ULA, and I have used it over many seasons.
