Any indication on how many started their Camino in Lisbon ?
Very few so far this year. At least amongst the arrivals in Santiago. The pilgrim office figures to date have about 3,500 who started in Porto, Valenca or Tui. But only 185 who started in Lisbon.

Not many choose to start in Lisbon. Last year there were 123,921 recorded who walked the Portugues or the Costa variant. But only 2,981 who gave Lisbon as their starting point.

Thanks. The ratio from Lisbon is lower than I would have thought, 2-3%. So a solitary walk from Lisbon, getting busier from Porto.

That's why I tend to compare the starting points on the Portgues to the Frances as follows Lisbon/Porto/Tui (or other 100km starting point) = Le Puy/SJPdP/Sarria.
