Reintroducing myself

Hi all,
I'm not able to plan any more caminos walks right now, but I just want to say Buen Camino to those of you who will walk the walk in 2010!
Next time I'm thinking of doing it by bike as my feet still are a bit bad since the last big walk in 2007. Or I'll have to walk shorter etapas and take more pauses for the pan y vino ... Doesn't sound too bad does it? I hope in 2011.

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Welcome back Greenshank!
A cycle isn't the worst idea but don't drink and ride!

Hola Sillydoll, glad to see you're still on board!

Oh, I won't drink and ride, I promise. Safety first is my motto!

But the more I think of it the better it sounds to use a bike.
I guess it's not that hard to buy a used one and then sell it again.
Or send my own somehow, but probably almost as expensive.
Anyway, not starting any planning, but I'd love the Via de la Plata next time.
But I walked the first 80 or 90 km of Camino del Sureste in January 2009 (I only had a short brake from work) and Alicante was a good place to start for me - I can fly directly there!
It was really nice to walk, in January, but the pack was a bit heavier due to more (and thicker) clothes. Not too heavy though.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.
