Reverse from Santiago to logrono

Hi all,

I am going to a wedding on the 28th September in Barcelona. I am thinking of flying into Santiago at the start of September, walking to Logrono then getting public transport to Barcelona in time for the wedding. Has anyone done a similiar walk. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I walked the Camino from SJPDP to Santiago in April 2015 and really enjoyed it.

Why not? I think quite a few pilgrims walk home. In September there will be a heap of people walking towards you, and that is probably enough to keep you on track. I'd take offline maps on my GPS enabled phone, just in case.

Only trouble is that you have to say hello to so many people!
