Routes through France

I'm planning on biking from Copenhagen to Santiago De Compostela over Cologne (Köln, Germany) and Vezelay. Where do I find more information on accommodation, what to see and more a long the route from Vezelay to Saint Jean Pied de Port ?

Most information I have found is on the route in Spain.

How is your Dutch?

My husband and I are planning to cycle a route which is very similar to yours although our plan is to start in Trondheim (madness I know). The best maps that we found for routes through France are in Dutch and there are maps for each of the 3 main pilgrim routes through France - including Vezelay.
