Seeking A Unique Property with home and area with open wall space

Looking for suggestions. I am seeking to buy a property on Camino Frances that would be suitable for a Gallery of Pictures(wall space) and a 1-3 bedroom home. The gallery is more important than the home and a seasonal place would work. Ideally 2 bed room. Targeting somewhere between Hospital de Orbigo and Muxia. Would appreciate any help?

I don’t have a recommendation but wonder if you are talking outdoor wall space for murals or indoor like setting up an art gallery for sales

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.

Check out KYCERO it’s a real estate and rental website for Spain, Portugal (I get daily listings). I find is much superior to Idealista.com

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Talk to Soulful Road, Kim Narenkivicius, in Rabanal or look down the road at Polvazares, where Casa Flor might be able to help you.

I was also going to suggest Molino Galachos because I think it was for sale a while back but the OP is looking for something a little farther down the track, however it is close to Hospital de Orbigo.

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
During our Camino Frances last fall, we stayed in Fromista. As we were relaxing on a bench enjoying a few glasses of wine, we noticed a building across the street that was an albergue and in the same building there was a small art studio. We decided to explore. We went inside and met the owner / artist and he showed us around the small store. There was a nice variety of ceramics and many art prints, a few which were pilgrim themes. We bought one for a very reasonable price. He wrapped it securely between pieces of cardboard. I carried it with me the rest of our camino and we will soon have it matted and framed. We later learned the albergue is:
www.albergueluzdefromista.com (also available on Gronze.com).
Might give you some ideas regarding a combination albergue / art studio.

Sorry, I can’t suggest anything, but a few questions appeared in my head while reading a post. I’m just curious: do you want to make a house and gallery in one building?
Was originally going to be separate but I ended up buying a flat in Muxia which will serve as a gallery and is our home. Putting up about 400 canvas print photos and will have guidebooks for 10 different Caminos in Spain, Caminos in France, Via Francigena, Via Francesco, Japan 88 Temple, Nepal Treks, Ireland Walking , etc.

Though this is not a business. We are not selling anything. It is a place for pilgrims to visit to get ideas on their next Camino or other global pilgrimage.
