September weather

Hoping to start the French Way in mid September taking four weeks. What weather should we expect

Fairly sunny and dry (this is the harvest season) but getting fresher as you walk westwards. Expect a few good downpours/thunderstorms. A few mornings we set out to ground frost and it certainly got colder at nights. Anne

Thank you, we'll have to make sure we have rain wear. So looking forward to it, never done anything like this before.

There were twelve days in September 2010 with rain in Burgos, mid-point of the Camino. The high temperature ranged from 59 to 93 (F). The low was 33 to 57 (F).
