Sorry -- another computer/picture question

Hi, everyone,
I hope I do not abuse your kindness and patience with me and my inadequate computer skills. But here is my latest problem. I must have deleted a picture album on my computer, but it is on picasa stored on the web. I would like to download it again back to my picasa program on my computer and thought I had figured out how.

I pull up the album on picasaweb, and click on "actions." One of the drop down options is "download to picasa" but I can't click on it. Nor can I click on any of the other options under that tab, nor can I click on the options under "order prints" either. I thought maybe I had some settings wrong, but my settings should allow anyone to download anything.

Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this so I can download my album back onto my computer?

Thanks very much. Laurie

Laurie,

Try turning off your computer and trying to click on download after rebooting.
A screen should then appear asking "Do you want to download this album to your computer?" After you reply the download onto your hard disk should be quickly processed.

Good luck,

Margaret
