29 days is doable, but you may want to factor in a couple of days for any unexpected problems/obstacles you might encounter.

I would agree with Minkey in that you might to allow a few days lee way to spend a day or so in some of the more interesting towns.

Hi yannis, I find that we have to work with whtever time we have to do our Caminos. May/may not be doable. No doubt: u'll find out once u r there! Keep us posted. Buen Camino, xm 8)
 
Personally, I think 32 days is about right. After Burgos, you don't have to do a long day and as a result, you can factor in a stop at Castrojeriz, which is one of my favourite places!

Yannis-I'm walking from Le puy but also plan to leave from SDC on 28th August-who have you booked with for return flight? Ryan air seems to be the only reasonable option

I am going on my third camino in July next year, as for training, I have good boots!! and I walk 2-3 times a week, for a month before I set off, I have never had any problems.
just go with the flow and enjoy!
