Spain entry requirements (from the USA) - October 2021

Time of past OR future Camino
Future
With all the last minute planning, I realized it is the COVID times and each country has their own entry requirements which differ depending on when you come from. I’m hoping to find some American pilgrims who can help me confirm that for VACCINATED travelers, all I need to have with me (other than my passport) is my vaccination card and the filled out copy of the Spanish health certificate with the QR code. From what I understand, I don’t need to worry about the pre travel COVID test, is that correct? Or do I need one?

I know I will need one to return to the USA, but I want to make sure I don’t miss anything on the way to Camino. Please kindly advise.

Yes, that’s right. As of today at least, all you need is the QR code and your vaccination card.

I am leaving on Saturday I thought I needed a Covid test result. Spanish certificate has to be filled out 48 hrs before travel.

As of now (October 12, 2021), VACCINATED residents of USA flying to Spain only have to show their vaccination (CDC) card and fill out the Spanish travel form. If you walk into Spain, you don’t have to do anything.
