Hi fellow pilgrims

Is anybody planning to start from SJPDP on the 30 April 2008. I am flying to Biarritz on the 29 April with a planned start for the following day, and I would like to here from anyone who is planning to start their camino at the same time.

Tony.

Tonys,

Might I suggest you take a gander at the Class of 2008 thread. You'd surprised what you may find.

I myself am starting from SJPP on about 18-19 April, so I look forward to seeing you along the Milky Way.

Buen Camino,

Arn

Hi Tony, My daughter, her friend and I will be a day behind you. We fly into Biarritz on the 30th and depending on the jet lag, starting on the 1st or 2nd May from SJPD. Where do you live. We are from Washington State, USA Vana

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Hi Vana, I live in Lancashire in the North West of England, Iam flying from Blackpool to Dublin on the 28 April, and from Dublin to Biarritz on the 29 April starting from SJPDP on the 30 April and have booked a return flight from Santiago on the 5 June. I took early reteriment from work last year so I am able to spend 5 weeks on the camino. Look forward to meeting you all

Tony.

Hi!

Am doing the camino in july/august and have just started to plan my trip. How will you get from Biarritz to SJPDP? The train? Anyone know if this is something you have to book in advance or if its no problem to just buy a ticket when you arrive? How long is the trip?

Really looking forward to go!

anna

If you are flying into Biarritz there is a local bus from the airport to the train station at Bayonne - about a 45 minute ride. You won't need a reservation for the train from there to SJPdP.
