Tattoo in Santiago

Has anyone gotten a tattoo in Santiago, I was hoping to get one but only have 1 day there when I get back from Finisterre. I've never gotten one so was wondering how long it would take and how much it would cost. I'm planning one in a circular form about 5cm diameter, my own design and is fairly straight forward I think. Does anyone know where to even find a tattoo place in Santiago?
