Here I am at zero dark thirty seven..and scrolling through many posts about this..about that
....
And i realise, i am getting peace of mind.

Its like following someone,or a group who knows where they are going and the worry melts, away a little.

So much info,
Its wonderfull!

Mayhap that is why there is a"race" in the morning that everyone talks about..
Maybe its all the new pilgrims finding comfort in keeping someone in site who knows the way through..
A sight more appealing than turning left when a right would have been better.

Thank you Ivar and all the Pilgrims gone before!
I hope to return the favor somday!

Buen Camino!

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
I agree with t2andreo. I find your posts lyrical and almost think you must have a poetic streak.

It is a Romantic streak..
Its part Hill country sunsets
Its part of listening to the silence of the desert, while the stars wink and dance..trying to get my attention, while the wind off the Jornada de los Muertos runs silken fingers cross tired brow.

Its the comfort of having those who have gone before, retelling their own and unique story round this little campfire on the web. Its a light against the darkness of uncertainty.
Its the voice..gently and insistently whispering...
Its going to be ok.
Trust me gentle Pilgrim
Come follow me with open heart, with sure steps in the fog of angst and doubt
The road will provide
Puedes Olvidar
Puedes recuerdar
Puedes...

Well..
Its zero dark 45...again...
I am tired..but a spark is stubbornly and insistently before me
Santiago

The shared suffering between pilgrims
Is only and equally matched by the beautiful smiles as the miles strip away all pretense, all ego and our facade.

You know what I hear in your storys?
Hope.
Be Blessed on your Caminos!

I see your a fellow Texan. Love those Hill Country nights with no city lights to keep from seeing all the stars. Next week I'm going for a couple of days there to do some walking
