A bit off topic, but I met hubby when we both worked at an A&W as our first jobs at age 16 and 17. He poured root beer inside and I was a "car hop" delivering outdoors to the cars.
I know Rick....3/4 of people can't do fractions....and the other 90% can't do percentages.NYC take note, A&W, an American fast food restaurant known for its root beer, is reviving its marketing campaign for its 1/3 lb. burger that was put up at the same price against McD's quarter-pounder back it the 80s. It failed then according to a research firm because Americans knew 4 was bigger than 3 and so why pay the same for less meat. A&W renamed the burger then but now they are going back to fractions with the introduction of the 3/9 th pounder.
