so, it's now my turn to say 'wooohooo', it's off to the camino! it seems like forever since the idea first got into my head(a small article in the local paper was all it took) and now i've had months since the tickets were purchased and the deal was sealed. like everyone, i'm somewhat overwhelmed by the conflicting emotions...thrilled, nervous, full of anticipation. but it has all been made better by reading that others have gone through the same things. thanks everybody for sharing both the good and not so good that you experienced. my traveling mates and i have already agreed on one thing about the camino and that is that 'openess' is to be our operating mantra, that 'yes' is to be used more often than 'no'.thanks again and buen camino.
