Take a bus from the airport to downtown Santiago de Compostela with www.empresafreire.com Once in downtown Santiago de Compotela, get a bus to Ponferrada with www.alsa.es/en
Take a bus from the airport to Lugo with Empresa Freire (see link above). And another one from Lugo to Ponferrada with Alsa (see link above).
P.S.: From downtown Santiago de Compostela, train is another option. The bus from the airport stops both at the bus station and at the train station.
