You could save a step there by taking a direct Estellesa bus from San Sebastián to Logroño (departure from San Sebastián at 16:30; arrival to Logroño at 18:45). That may give you too enough time as to have a decent meal in San Sebastián...
Same as above: you could save steps by taking the direct Estellesa bus from Irún to Logroño departing Irún at 15:45 and arriving to Logroño at 18:45
