Transport from Biarritz to Najera on Holy Thursday

I am looking for advice on the best way to get from Biarritz to Najera on March 24th 2016. There are three of us travelling, we are arriving into Biarritz airport at noon.

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.

You could save a step there by taking a direct Estellesa bus from San Sebastián to Logroño (departure from San Sebastián at 16:30; arrival to Logroño at 18:45). That may give you too enough time as to have a decent meal in San Sebastián...
