Hi, my friend & I were hoping to walk from St Jean to Estella and then take public transport to Sarria to complete the final stages. Would this be feasible or should we end our 1st leg somewhere with more transport options? Thanks

Logroño is a bigger city, just a bit beyond Estella. Very easy to get to Logroño. And from Logroño is would be direct to Sarria. Rome2rio shows that you can also get a bus from Estella to Vitoria, and then on to Sarria from there. Take a look at rome2rio.com
 
It is very easy to get a bus from Estella to Logroño, and there are multiple buses each day.
