Hi everybody! I am going to Santiago the day after tomorrow to start the camino in Sarria on the 5th of september. I saw the forecast for rain in the next week and I would like to have waterproof socks in case there is a lot of rain. Does anyone know where I can find them for sale in Santiago?

Welcome @fornazari ! You could try Piteira sports store on Rua das Orfas, 38, in old town, or the department store El Corte Inglés. There’s a Decathlon City in town as well. I’m not sure how easy finding waterproof socks will be, but you could start with these stores. Buen Camino!

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
I just checked Decathlon - they carry waterproof cycling socks, but they are out of stock in the stores in Santiago.
You could try looking on Amazon.es to see if there are any that you can get delivered to an Amazon locker in time. But you will be fine with regular socks, especially merino wool socks.

The 9th edition the Lightfoot Guide will let you complete the journey your way.
