Where to get pilgrim passport from in Spain?

I've not got my pilgrim passport and we fly out on Monday. We are flying into Asturias then making our way to Vilalba (I think) to pick up the Camino del Norte . Are there any auberges I can get the passport at round there?

Most likely in the albergue in Vilalba itself ;-) Buen Camino, SY

According to the well reputed Gronze guide, the Vilalba albergue gives credenciales.
