Entirely doable without using GPS (Global Positioning Service). The route is well way marked with the traditional Yellow Arrows. Most of the available Camino apps such as Wisepilgrim utilize GPS to reflect your current position against a downloaded map within the app.

Hallo,
Ik heb de primitivo 3 keer gelopen en dat kan zeker zonder gps. De pijlen zijn goed aangegeven. Als je de gps routes wil krijgen dan kun je deze downloaden van de nederlandse caminovereniging.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

A. It is doable without GPS.
B. If you would like to have GPS support, there is plenty available. You can download tracks from the site that rien links to above (also from the Netherlands :) ) or from the Centro Nacional de Información Geográfica (CNIG). Alternatively, you can take an app which will include the GPS tracks on a map, as well as information about accommodations, water sources, etc. Two widely used apps are Buen Camino and the Wise Pilgrim Primitivo app.

There are a number of Camino apps with GPS. I like Buen Camino and Wise Pilgrim.
