This may be a long shot, but if your city has an Asian market, in particular a Japanese grocery store such as Mitsuwa, they may stock Aquarius imported from Japan. It is similar to Spanish Aquarius and you may like it.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
It looks like you are out of luck:
Hi Ivar....I saw that same article on-line. Guess I will have to travel more to get it!

On another note, when we finished our camino to Santiago, we visited the Pilgrim House on Rua Nova. We were so close to your new place that I wanted to stop by and meet you! I thought that might be intrusive though. I just wanted to thank you for this forum and all the information that helped us have a successful camino!

That is a great idea! I will look into it. Thank you!

Has anyone else here had trouble ordering an Aquarius at the bars in Spain? I mean not because they don't have it, most do. I mean because they don't understand me when I order it. Like they don't understand my pronunciation.

I say "a-quware-e-us".... if that doesn't work than I say "aquar-e-us"... when that doesn't work I say it louder :). anyone know what the correct Spanish pronunciation is?

I noticed no Aquarius on the Portuguese from Lisbon. So happy to see it nearer the border with Spain.

I will try to write it phonetically. I think it’s your second suggestion.

a kwar eeee ooos

I drank this while on the Camino Frances last month and just love it! So much better than Gatorade. I was looking on-line to try and find it in the USA with no luck. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to buy it? Thanks in advance for any help! :)
Tried to look for the lemon one when I got back to the uk. Could only import it for a ridiculously high price so haven’t bothered

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

I am going to try the suggestion of finding a Japanese grocery store near me. Hope I'm successful!
Yes I can vouch for them selling it at Japanese grocery stores. It's not as common as some of the other Japanese drinks, but some will carry it. Aquarius saved my poor dehydrated hungover body many times when I lived in Japan in my 20s. One of the best thirst-quenchers.

This won’t help you find it in the USA unfortunately, but it was the best drink of Aquarius on the Camino del Norte.

We reached Bilbao in 28 degree heat. The last hill before Bilbao is tough. We had also fallen in love with Aquarius. We hit the peak and then found a private residential building in a remote location (still a few km outside Bilbao) with a vending machine outside. We presume this was set up by the homeowners for the benefit of passing pilgrims.

And yes, it stocked Aquarius. We had just enough coins to get a can each. Sheer bliss.

I loved the lemon one. Never could find it in the States.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
After beer, my favourite Camino drink. However, I have been warned that it may be bad for kidneys and not to drink more than 2 per day. I cannot vouch for this advice. I often drink 3 or 4 per day ... as well as beer.

Has anyone read the back of the bottle and checked the ingredients? My diet’s abysmal, but even I draw the line somewhere.
Lemon version zero azucar!
