This is my first post so please be gentle with me! My wife, daughter and I are thinking of starting our second pilgrimage Camino Portugese (did Frances this April) late Feb 2014 and wonder if anyone has comments about that time of year ?

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

Welcome on the caminho Portuges forum.
There are some posts of people who walked in the wintertime.
You donot tell where you want to start the Portugese.
If you start in Lisbon it may happen that there are indunations around the river Tejo . Just the other day there were reports about that by several pilgrims .
To be gentle I would advice you to read back on this forum for some time. Beginning of 2013 there was an American guy together with his Korean wife and a nephew who reported about their camino from Lisbon in januar and february.
