Yes Jen - you new, extended family just grew by about 500%. As pilgrim b said all your questions have probably been answered even before you formulate them in your mind. You can search the history (this forum has been running for 10 years), but are still entitled to asked again. With the amount of time before you walk you can cover just about the whole of the smallest state as part of your training. The 500 miles (800 km) is roughly 10 times the length if RI (I have friends in Oz whose cattle stations (ranches) are larger than RI!!).

Hi JenD, I'm in the New England (New Hampshire) area. The Boston Chapter of the American Pilgrims on the Camino Pot Luck is on Jan 10. I've cut and pasted the email but if you want more info...please don't hesitate to PM me or you can go check the APOC website. It is a great group of folks and your sure to find all kinds of info.

Fr. Andres Nino and St Mary's Parish in Cambridge have again graciously offered us their space.

Last year over 60 people attended-newbies and veterans. We'll have equipment info, training info, travel advice and FOOD!
