what is not quite clear with that posting is that they mention Oakland San Francisco - making it appear it's one place/airport.
Each city has of course their own airport:
OAK - Oakland
SFO - San Francisco
as far as I know - Norwegian , a budget airline, adds now many more flights from Oakland. Not sure if they also fly from SFO.
so --- if you arrive in SFO and think you can swiftly switch over to your flight w/ Norwegian to Barcelona - look again with caution.
Traffice is quite horrid (you need to cross bridges aka bottlenecks) - so depending when you'd travel - it can take anything from an hour to manyyyy hours to get from SFO to OAK. Public transport is at least 90min (not counting two changes of trains)
