First Camino June/July 2017

Hi all. After five years in the making, I am leaving LAX (Los Angeles) on May 31st, 2017, arriving Madrid/Pamplona June 1 to walk my first Camino. Plan to spend night in Pamplona and find my way to SJPdP June 2, spend night in SJPdP and start walking June 3. Hope to meet up with others starting then. The suggestion was to start this new thread in order to get in on the Camino Calendar. Hope I'm doing it correctly

Hi Davey, didn't see this before. I'm still somewhat forum illiterate. I am getting more excited by the day

I am travelling from Denver, Colorado . I will be doing the Camino solo from SJPP to Leon and then I have my niece joining me to the end. I will arrive in SJPP on June 4 late afternoon and start my walk on the 6th morning. If anyone is walking at that time do stop and talk. I did the Camino from Burgos to Santiago in July of 2014 with a friend. Now I am doing the whole Camino alone for most of the time.

I plan to start walking around this time too! It is my 2nd Camino and I will walk from SJPDP to Santiago and then Finnistere and maybe Muxcia. I plan to arrive in St Jean on the evening of June 1st and begin walking on the morning of June 2nd! Maybe I will meet you along the way. If I don't I hope you have an amazing experience & Buen Camino! -Marie-Claire

Hi. Hopefully we will meet up somewhere. You will be a day ahead of me - maybe two since I have reservations in Orisson. But all things are possible. Buen Camino to you also.
