Time of past OR future Camino
March 2023
I'll be flying from Dublin to Biarritz via Ryanair on 12 April 2023 arriving at around 11:30 am. I'm planning on getting a cab of some sort and am open to sharing a ride if anyone is arriving around the same time. Depending on the number of people interested, we could book a private shuttle for 150 € (up to 8 people).

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.

Hello
I don't know if you are aware but if you walk out of the airport you can get a bus into Bayonne that takes about 15 minutes and drops you very close to the station. It will only cost a coupe of euros. You can then get a train to SJPDP. I can't remember hot much it cost me but it was less than 10 euros and there are several trains a day.
Buen camino

@Vince Rollason I did not know that so thank you for that information! I'm a bit weary of trying that route because I don't speak french so I've been trying to keep it as direct and simple as possible. I'll look into though now that I know about this option.

Just to set your mind at rest you will not be alone. I have done this route twice and each time it was an option taken by a number of people who were on my plane (Ryanair from Stansted). Most people taking the train are pilgrims and are generally willing to help you if you get stuck. There is a little bit of a walk from the station at SJPDP to the centre and the taxis fill up pretty quickly but again most people from the train are heading that way.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
