Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

La MoreƱa albergue in Ledigos has a wonderful in-house chef for their dining room (not for the bar -- which is the usual tapas).... In 2018 we were introduced to mango mousse there, and there was a glorious sort of crustless quiche with cheese and scallions served with membrillo.... grilled salmon steaks for the main... lovely.

I will try to find the location of our very nice supper in Triacastela as well -- it wasn't *unusual* but it was of a very good quality.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

Hi, and welcome back! I'm sure a lot of specific suggestions will soon come. In the meantime, have a look at the threads tagged with "food & drink".
Thanks for the suggestion. I have looked at some last night which was very helpful. Itā€™s just possible that I will pull the members recommendations into a sheet with others from elsewhere that when itā€™s done can be posted to this group.

Thanks for the advice

Bars Jubera and Soriano in Logronoā€¦..best tapas on the entire trail. One focused solely on mushrooms and one on patatas bravasā€¦.just round the corner from each other. Microbrewery 4 Lions in Leonā€¦.fantastic APA on draft and each pint served with top end Serrano ham and crusty breadā€¦.can you imagine ?? Finally, a bar/micro brewery in Santiago called Singularioā€¦.itā€™s a bit off the beaten track in the newer part of town but absolutely terrific beer, served in large wine glasses. Buen Caminoā€¦..Iā€™ll be following you in May on my second Camino Francesā€¦..enjoy !

Two culinary experiences from two previous Caminos.

-Umm no solo Tapas in Logrono.
You can still enjoy the mushroom caps and tater tots as recomened per other poster, then get your fill at this place.

-O Tobo Do Lobo in Melide.
Skip the Pulpo tradition in town, you can get it anywhere. I had the best steak at this restaurant.

You are walking 180 days ahead of my next Camino and I am looking forward reading about your own experiences.

Thanks so very much for the advice. I will certainly put these in my pilgrim list and will try them out in April.

I will post a completed list on this group with my notes and other pilgrimā€™s recommendations so that you can use the up to date info for your Camino.

Buen Camino!
