Bluguía The Galician company yesterday presented in Santiago de Compostela what they have dubbed as the first interactive guide for pilgrims to iPhone compatible , iPod and IPAD.
A highlight of the latest application is that the guide provides information on cultural attractions and gastronomic beyond the orientation of the Pilgrim's Way.
However, the implementation of Bluguía is designed to go on the French route through which passes the largest number of walkers,
However , the application , which can be downloaded in mobile phones, provides detailed information on distances that can be subtracted to between villages, the inclination or slope of the land and especially , places of tourist interest , monuments and heritage the ancient route .
The interactive application is free. Once the pilgrim has download the application from the Apple Web Store, they will have on their hands and touch screen the French Camino from SJ Pied de Port to Santiago de Compostela .
