After just completing my first camino from Porto I now find myself planning next year's. The Camino del Norte looks about right, but due to time constraints I will not be able to fit it all in in one go. Can anyone suggest a start point 200-250k from Santiago that will be accessible by public transport from Santiago. Also, it would be nice to know how it compares with the Portuguese route in terms of distance between albergues and general walking conditions. Thanks in advance.
