Myself,my daughter and my friend completed our Camino from Sarria on Sunday 27th May.Thanks to all on the forum for help with planning and answering questions. It was somewhat tougher than I thought it would be on a physical level and my walking companions deserve much credit for their many kindnesses. That said it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
I learnt to appreciate water to drink, shade from a bush or cloud, the warmth of the sun and also the feel of the rain, the love of family and friends, the beauty of nature, the power of prayer and being able to think and reflect as I walked.
I have updated our blog with the June entries which describe our journey.
