Hi Do, I use the St Martin Pinario, its just about 100mts from the Cathedral. The fourth floor is given over to pilgrims at a reduced rate, I think it was about €25.00 per night. There are many more fine inexpensive places in Santiago as well but others here will give you the info on them. I would think you should book a few days in advance if you know when you get in.
Buen Camino.

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
What kind of accommodation do you want to stay in while in Santiago?
I am not sure yet, if i want to stay there maybe 2 days can i stay in a albergue or should i stay more in a B&B or little Hotel? Can i reserve a Albergue?

Lot's of hotel and pensiones in Santiago of all different price ranges. Your budget would determine your needs if that is the option you want.
As far as albergues go, I only stayed in one while in Santiago. The name of the albergue is El Ultimo Sello (The Last Stamp). It is very close to the cathedral, very clean and they take reservations. From what I remember it didn't have a curfew either and had keyed lockers next to your bunk where you can stash your pack while out and about in Santiago. I think it was 18 euros a night when I stayed there in 2013. Since it is a private albergue/hostel you should be able to stay there more than one night.
