Airline strike in Paris, now arriving to Barcelona

I was planning to buy a bike in France but now I can buy one in Spain and then begin my pilgrimage in Barcelona. Any info on cycling routes from Barcelona? My flight is tomorrow so quick responses would be appreciated.

I also have luggage I was going to drop off in Paris, any idea how can ship it? Ideally to Morocco but possibly to Paris.
