Hello im leaving to start the Camino Ingles on the 15th (might start on 16th, depends on flight and if I get to Ferrol on time) and am wondering, can I pre book Albergues and how much should I expect to spend on the Albergue. Personally id like to prebook it so I have peace of mind but if I dont will I still be okay? what time should I have a Albergue by to be safe if I dont prebook?

And where can I see all Albergues along the Ingles route, I cant find a reliable website.

Xunta albergues cannot be prebooked. Private ones can be booked.
Gronze is a very good site to get you started.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

when was this? would my experience be similar, I leave tomorrow and have one hotel booked. I could book all of them right now but idk.
I did it 3 weeks ago, and had no trouble just walking into albergues to find a bed. One only had 6 people in a 40 bed dorm

I finished two days ago. Betanzos and Sigüeiro were both full so I would look into booking those at least a day or two in advance. Everywhere else was fine.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

So just to confirm you can’t book the municipal albergues and it’s a first come first serve basis on whether you get a bed. I’m doing the Ingkes first week of september and hear and read conflicting stories on accomodation availability especially in Bruma

It's my understanding that the Xunta albergues in Galicia do not accept reservations. You can verify this by checking their listings on Gronze.
