Montadiño tenreira Arzúa-Ulloa, from A Viaxe, won the first prize of the eleventh edition of the Santiago (é) Tapas contest, which is endowed with 1,000 euros. The second place went to Croqueta, from Artesana, and the third place to A pataca quechola, from Doña Ana. For the classification, the evaluation of the professional jury and the popular vote of the three days of the final were taken into account.For its part, the top voted by the public during the 20 days of competition, which consumed more than 30,000 elaborations and 21,700 valid votes were cast, was Capuccino, Artesana. The second place was for Petisco galego 100% apt, from TS A Casa. It was also recognized the most active promoter in social networks, @queverensantiago. The awards were presented in an act presented by Evaristo Calvo.

Peter Fransiscus , thank you. I have still to have my breakfast. I doubt I will have anything like a prize-winning elaboration, but I can imagine it! Isn’t translation wonderful? In a way, it evokes the image of our forebears stretching out behind us, and if we look carefully, we can see where we came from, features wise. Just as with words, where they come from, where they diverge and taking different meanings....
 
I have read the original post through several times and I still cannot make any sense out of it. There was a Best Tapas contest? The results of which were translated by Google translate? Who or what is A Viaxe, which apparently won? Why should I care? The only conclusion I can come to is that I just am not aware of anything supported by "the most active promoter in social networks." Long may I remain so.
