Greetings from Arizona. I arrive in Madrid on the first. First timer. Solo. I'm new and excited about the walk. Getting there to start the walk is another matter. Any coaching for the most seamless way to get to sjpp is appreciated. Also, if the route is closed because of weather it would be better to start from rouncville. Will I be able to get this weather info in Pamplona?
Thanks,
Mike

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

HI Mike: we are taking the train from Madrid to Pamplona, then we are saying at "Corazon Puro" they will pick you up at the train station and rive you about 1/2 way to SJPP then you stay overnight have dinner with them, sleep in the pension. The next day you have breakfast, then they drive you to SJPP. We have not done this but will be doing it at just about the same time as you. I know a person who did it his way and said it was great. Here is the web address: www.corazonpuro.es
Best Regards

Rob and Deb
