Are there any Rotarians who are going to the convention in Toronto in June?

I will be walking the Camino Frances for the first time in September/October this year (2018) and I am also a Rotarian who will be going to the International Convention in Toronto in June. I was wondering if any other Camino Friends who were Rotarians are also going and would like to gather to meet like-minded Rotarians and share experiences, tales, tips, etc.

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
Chizuru, welcome to the forum. It is usually more welcoming to new members. I will try to connect you to a pilgrim friend of mine that is also a rotarian and lives in the GTA (greater Toronto Area). She will be able to help you. Buen Camino!

Thanks fellow Canuck, Ingrid for extending a helping attitude to Chizuru. At times I’ve felt unpleasant hostility on this forum, clearly not in the spirit of El Camino.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

€83,-
Of course it makes sense to connect with other pilgrims, if you can, at this event. It's like me saying 'are there any other pilgrims here in Atlantic Canada?'

Anyway, hope you find some connections and Buen Camino! I am walking the Norte at the same time and aim to be in SJPD Oct 9th-ish.

Hola peregrina and fellow Rotarian - I will be at the conference in June ... would be happy to connect and chat! I am the person @IngridF mentioned to you.

I would love to catch up with you at the convention, SimLin. Very excited at the prospect of meeting a few fellow Camino adventurers.

Hi all, I’m starting my Camino Frances on May 12. I’ve booked my first night in SJPDP, but I’m starting to worry I need to book more. My plan was to take it day by day and just turn up, but lots...
Hello all. Here to give a brief account of my (and many others) first day on the Camino on May 1. The trip to Roncesvalles was tough. I went Valcarlos route because napoleon was very ill advised...
I am wondering how you disconnect, in part, from the world. I have a couple of reasons that I need to be accessible but, I don't want to be constantly connected on this journey. Ideas?
Can anyone tell me if food is available there… anyone stayed recently? Cheers
If you’re walking the Camino Portugues right now I’d recommend you avoid the complementario route into Pontevedra. While it is quiet and green and follows the river, it’s also a muddy mess. I...
