We have a Question to all the Camino experts:

We would like to receive recommendation about the Camino route. We got seven days only. We are 5 people with medium capacity for walking (the oldest among us is 74). We have no interest to get to an end off the Camino.

I am not an expert but with 7 days, may I recommend making your way to Logrono and first see if you can make it to Burgos. Lots of countryside, not too many hills, (at least not like the beginning or near the end of the Camino Frances).

Focus research on this bit and see if it fits the needs of your wee band. Hope this helps.

Well, the Camino experience is not really about wilderness...it goes basically from village to village. Pilgrims of yore, I guess, were not particularly interested in "landscapes", but in the easiest and safest way from A to B.
Having said that, the current path tries to avoid as much as possible urban and industrial places. In the CF, from O Cebreiro are usually seven days to Compostela, and it is a beautiful countryside, mostly villages, farms and bushes.
Be aware that in July there will be lots of people in the Camino -which has its advantages and downsides, as everything in life...

Have a look at the blog I created here - we did a 7 day walk from Pamplona to Logrono. We walked reasonably short days as we weren't very fit and I struggle with arthritis. We absolutely loved the walk.

The Camino Frances will be very, very busy in July, you might want to look at the other rotes, like the Camino Ingles or the Camino Portgugues.

we would like to take the advice you gave us on the walking path

allow to ask two questions:

Are there places to stay in villages after 10-15 km?

Is there a chance there places to stay at all because the amount of visitors

Well, that depends on the way and sections you choose.
In the Camino Frances, a well reputed guide estimated an albergue every 5.7 km. That is, obviously an average, but I think the only long stretches without lodging options are Orisson to Roncesvalles, and Carrión de los Condes to Calzadilla de la Cueza.
There are, also, hotels and hostals. I suggest you consult a guide -there are many, printed and online.
As for reservations, opinions differ. I have never walked in summer, so no experience. Personally, I'd reserve the three initial days, and then check the situation on the spot.
