If my leg allows me to I want to walk to Finisterre and Muxía and I like to have a guide. Is there a store in StC that sells any in English?

They have one (free I think) at the tourist office in Santiago.... just 40 meters down the street from the pilgrims office. ...another 40-50 meters and you have a book store that should have other guides.

Du er nesten fremme!

Beatrice,
Wish I had a constructive answer to give you because you deserve one after what you've just done. I'm in awe of how you've done this.

That said, I guess Ivar has answered your question.

Good luck AND Buen Camino.

Thanks for the replies. I realise that I'm soon there and the tears of happiness are so close right now. I will for sure cry from the moment I can see Santiago I guess.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
Go to the Galicia tourist office, down from the Santiago tourist office, they are two separate offices and have the info you're looking for.

To add to Johnnie's note, there are 2 in Rue Vilar, the first about half way down on the left near the information office, and the second bookshop is on the right almost at the end of Rue Vilar. They both had John Brierley's guide when I was there in June. The second bookshop had many guides to all the Caminos in various languages

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
I did not plan on doing this walk from Finisterre to Muxia but other Pilgrams said "You "MUST" do this it is magical." They were so right! Go for it... it is about 30k. A different energy on this walk.

I bought a book in the first bookstore. Thanks for your replies.
