Doing my first Camino this year. I like to "wing it", my husband is a planner. Can someone please advise me on transportation from Biarritz to SJPP? Thanks!

St James' Way - Self-guided 4-7 day Walking Packages, Reading to Southampton, 110 kms
I believe this is a helpful link http://www.expressbourricot.com/persons-transport/ I haven't used them myself as I always fly into Paris then get the train down to Bordeaux, overnight in Bordeaux then get a train the next day Bordeaux -> Bayonne -> Saint Jean. Though I am considering flying Glasgow to Biarittz instead just need to find the best options on flights as there isn't a direct one...

I'm also walking September 2017 - maybe see you along the way!! Buen camino :)

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-

Find some fellow pilgrims and share a taxi. About a 100 euros but if you split the cost it's only 20 for 5 people. And you'll meet new friends before you start. It takes about an hour by taxi and they are right at the airport. Hope that helps. Buen Camino!

Chronoplus bus #14 from Biarritz/Anglet Airport to Gare Bayonne. 1 euro 40 minutes. 2 or 3 buses per hour.

SNCF train from Gare Bayonne to SJPdP. 10 euro 1 hour 4 trains daily.

Alternatively, contact Express Bourricot, a private hire taxi that caters to pilgrims. The more passengers the lower the price.
