I will be walking the northern route next spring. 2022, and was wondering if there is a App or a PDF of lodging options.

Gronze.com along with numerous guide books and apps is a great source of information about accommodations along the Norte and other routes. The sites and apps are generally very up to date.
Gronze is in Spanish, but if you use the Chrome browser it will automatically translate to English or the language you choose.

If you’re hoping to use this on an apple product (so tied to safari not chrome) a somewhat clunky work around (others may know a better one) is to copy gronze’s URL, then open google translate and paste the URL there. That will link you to an auto-translated page
