Camino Frances books and reassurance, especially for the over-60's

I have read on the Forum how some would-be pilgrims are scared before setting out on the Camino Way and I can sincerely empathise with them as I felt huge anxiety before setting out with my sister in a very cold May 2013. We were both in our sixties and retired. We were not especially fit and we did have encounter difficulties and injuries. The important thing is we overcame those problems. We have just published a book, The Way of The Piney Sisters that hopefully will reassure anyone who is trepidatious prior to embarking on this amazing pilgrimage. Buen Camino!
