Time of past OR future Camino

Hi..Walking the camino with my 82 yr. old mother in Sept. Time is limited. Does anyone know if you can begin the camino in A Ramallosa, Spain and still receive the certificate? We had originally planned to begin in Baiona.

Hi @Astral emu – welcome to the forums.

From Ramallosa to Santiago is 120 km, which puts you 20 km over the requirement. You should qualify without any issue. I know someone who started in Saians last fall (about 7.5 km closer than Ramallosa) and they qualified.

Thank you so much for your swift response! That is indeed good news. This trip has been a dream of my mother's, but I have concerns in regards to her endurance. Gracias!
