Camino Primitivo starting from Lugo

First timers on Camino de Santiago. We plan to start our "100km" walk from Lugo instead of Sarria after much consideration. Are we still eligible for the "Compostela" at the end of the walk? The distance from Lugo to Santiago de Compostela seems to be slightly less than 100km. Thank you.

The Pilgrim's Office will issue a Compostella to Pilgrims who commence their journey in Lugo. Be sure to get two stamps per day in your Credencial.
