Hi. We are a group of 5 flying into Bilbao on September 26th at 15.35. What is the best way to get to Belorado? Also what is best way of getting from Carrion de los Condes to Santander on October 3rd.

One outward route would be from Bilbao train to Miranda de Ebro, changing for another train to Briviesca, then taxi to Belorado. For train times and prices see http://www.renfe.com/EN/viajeros/

For return you might take a bus from Carrion de los Condes to Burgos changing for another bus to Santander. For bus times and prices see http://www.alsa.es/en/

Hi we are a group of 3 from Dublin also arriving in Bilbao at 15.35 on 26 September but trying to get to Najera (2 stages before Belorado. We had planned on using bus to Logrono and taxi on to Najera. Maybe there is a taxi/minibus that could be hired in Bilbao to take both groups to Belorado and Najera. Splitting cost 8 ways might not be too bad. I will start looking to see if this is possible. What do you think?

The buses between Logrono and Najera are very frequent.

Bus to Belorado runs between Burgos and Logroño.
Bus to Najera runs from Logroño to Santo Domingo and Logroño to Burgos.
